Is the internet secure?

The Peregrine network uses security hardened devices with WPA2 for encryption and 802.1X TLS authentication to secure connections between wireless nodes. This ensures only authorized devices are on the network, making your traffic completely invisible to others. The Peregrine provided eero routers add another layer of in-home network security and have not experienced a single breach since their inception in 2014. Learn more by visiting How Secure Is eero?

How fast is the internet?

Peregrine provides 1 Gbps capable network to residents.

Peregrine will send a notification via text message (or email) and will keep you updated on the status of the recovery.

How much does it cost?

Peregrine Web works with MDU complexes to provide internet as an amenity. Please contact your property management for specific details.

For VOH: Peregrine Web is completely free until 2024! Starting June 1st, specific buildings will have access to the Peregrine Web internet service, with plans to expand to all buildings by the end of summer. We are pleased to inform you that upon the launch of our internet service in your building, we will be offering complimentary internet for the remainder of the year. If the internet service meets the management team’s expectations, we will include it in your 2024 lease renewal.

How do I download the eero app?

An email will be sent to you from your rental property providing a link to download the app and includes instructions on next steps. If no email is found, contact us at (272) 766-3278.

Where can residents find or edit their Wifi name and password?

Does Peregrine have recommended VoiP and streaming services?
